My First Solo Exhibition

'Beyond the Surface' — The People's Gallery at The Forum, Southend-on-Sea, July 2025

I was delighted to hold my first solo exhibition. I hung the entire show myself on what turned out to be the hottest day of the year so there was lots of uncomfortable ladder climbing, adjusting and repositioning. Worth every minute though.

The Forum staff were brilliant and filmed an interview with me about my work and process. I left a comment book for visitors (the pen went missing, but people found their own!) and received the most wonderful, encouraging feedback. I am so thankful for the opportunity for others to connect with my prints in person.
