Returns & Refunds policy

Please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@natashadavisart.co.uk regarding cancellations, refunds or any other issues.

Every care has been taken to ensure items are in excellent condition and are packaged carefully and securely. Linocut prints may vary from the product photo due to their handmade nature. Products available for purchase have been represented as accurately as possible, but there may be variations in colours depending on display or monitor settings.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • You must contact hello@natashadavisart.co.uk and have received a reply before returning an item(s).

  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Returns must be packaged carefully for return postage.

  • Buyers are responsible for paying return costs: please use recorded delivery or trackable postal services as we are not liable for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, once we have inspected the item(s).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Workshop bookings are subject to a different returns and refund policy - please see your booking information.
