Enjoy a couple of relaxing, screen-free hours learning linocut! You'll learn how to design, carve and print your own linocut bookmark, step by step. We'll explore simple techniques for creating bold and beautiful marks, and enjoy that magical 'reveal peel' moment when you lift the paper to see your print. We'll also have fun experimenting with high-quality, colourful ink pads and coloured card, so you can mix and match to create different characterful bookmarks.

By the end of the session, you'll have your carved lino block and a small collection of hand-printed tasselled bookmarks to take home.

  • All printmaking equipment is provided.

  • Printmaking can be an inky business so do bring an apron or wear clothes you don't mind getting messy!

  • This workshop is designed for adults, but students aged 16+ are welcome, provided they are accompanied by an adult.

£10 from every ticket is donated to PICC Pals, a small charity that makes and sends free handmade PICC line covers to people undergoing long-term treatments like chemotherapy, so they feel a little less alone.

Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the workshop takes place. If you wish to cancel your place, please email hello@natashadavisart.co.uk.

Cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice will not be refunded. Please double-check you can attend the workshop date before booking.

Please note: I reserve the right to cancel or postpone this workshop with prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or if enough spaces are not filled. An alternative date will be offered; if this is not suitable, a full refund will be issued in this instance.
