Carve out some festive cheer at this linocut Christmas card workshop, perfect for anyone who fancies a cosy afternoon making beautiful handmade cards.

You’ll learn how to design, carve, ink and print your very own lino block, with expert guidance. We’ll begin with a mini mark-making exercise to help you get to grips with the tools, then move on to creating a festive design so you can print your own set of unique Christmas cards.

By the end of the session, you’ll head home with your very own lino blocks and a bundle of printed Christmas cards.

All printmaking equipment is provided. Refreshments of tea, coffee and biscuits are provided.

Printmaking can be an inky business, so do bring an apron or wear clothes you don't mind getting messy!

This workshop is designed for adults, but students aged 16+ are welcome to join, provided they are accompanied by an adult.
